Shipping & Returns
Delivery & Handling
We currently ship only in the UK.
Delivery Costs
Postage & Packing has a fixed charge of £3.50for small items, food bags have a shipping cost of £4.95 per bag. Multiple items can be added to the order at no extra cost.
If you feel that the quoted delivery cost of your order is unreasonable
or may be incorrect, please leave the products in your basket and
contact us
immediately.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are generally despatched within 24 hours where products are in stock.
Delivery will be from one to five working days for domestic orders.
Depending on what you have ordered your goods may arrive separately, this
is because some items are despatched directly from the manufacturer.
Please note that deliveries to the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man,
Channel Islands and Isle of Wight generally take one extra business day.
Some courier services may not be available in these areas, or may be
subject to an additional charge. Please contact us if you have any queries.
Back Orders
Where your products are out of stock, we will contact you immediately. If you
would rather not wait until the item is back ordered for you, the option to
cancel or amend your order is always available.
Credit Card Security
Payments
made by Credit Card are processed in accordance with current legislation, using
a 128 bit encrypted Secure Server.
Data is processed within the United Kingdom and no data is stored for any period
longer than to facilitate the transaction.
Payments handled by your chosen provider, currently PayPal or Nochex, are
processed in accordance, offer 128 bit encryption, and payment details are never
revealed to ourselves. They are not
held in clear text on any web site.

Returns
If you change your mind
within 14 Days of receipt for any reason please let us know. To qualify, the product must be returned in
a reasonable condition with the original packaging. Once we receive your returned item a refund will then be issued. Note: Shipping charges are not refundable. In the event that its a pet bed you wish to return we would request that you do not use the item.
Returns will always be
accepted for defective products or if the item is found not to be as described
or is the wrong item (as long as we are notified within 14 days), either
a refund will be given or replacement sent out on receipt of the returned item,
this will be dependent on the stock level of the item.
Please notify your intent
to return the item to
returns@4pets-store.co.uk, with the reason for return (i.e. to exchange for
a different size, change of mind etc.)
Return post and packing
will be at the cost of the purchaser. Normal shipping charges will apply to replacements or exchanges, but we will not charge shipping if the item was defective or the incorrect item was originally sent.
Note it is the
responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the item is sufficiently packed
to ensure safe return carriage; otherwise the cost of any damage caused may be
deducted from the refund.
Refunds will not be
automatically issued for undelivered items as an investigation would need to be
done with the carrier - this can take up to 30 days. In the meantime if you
require the item please purchase a replacement and once the investigation is
concluded and the item is deemed as "Lost" a full refund will be issued.
