Delivery and Returns

We are not able to offer free delivery on any order sent to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highland and Island or Channel IslandsDelivery Charges
Our delivery charge is based on the total weight of your order not per item. Depending on the products purchased a signature may be required on delivery
Our charges are:
Orders under 1kg - £2.99
Orders under 2kg - £3.99
Orders under 2.5kg - £4.99
Orders 2.6kg to 30kg £5.99
Each 30kg after is £5.99
*Please note customer living in the Northern Island, Scottish Highlands and Islands ordering large item or dog food will incur an excess delivery charge of £8.51 per 30kg
The following postcodes will incur an excess deliver charge PH, AB, DD, PA, IV, KW, ZE, HS and KA
If you feel that the quoted delivery cost of your order is unreasonable or may be incorrect, please leave the products in your basket and contact us immediately.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address entered at the point of ordering is correct.
Where your products are out of stock, we will contact you (by email) within 24 hours of placing your order. If you would rather not wait until the item is back ordered for you, the option to cancel or amend your order is always available.
We recommend you check your email 24 hours after placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you find the goods to be unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods and the good are returned to us unsoiled, unused and in their original packaging and returned to us within 14 days you will be entitled to a refund or exchange. Should the goods be returned to us after 14 days a credit note will be issued.
Please notify your intent to return the item to email@example.com, with the reason for return (i.e. to exchange for a different size, change of mind etc.)
Return post and packing will be at the cost of the purchaser. Normal shipping charges will apply to replacements or exchanges, but we will not charge shipping if the item was defective or the incorrect item was originally sent.
Note it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the item is sufficiently packed to ensure safe return carriage; otherwise the cost of any damage caused may be deducted from the refund.
Please note we recommend returning items by a signed for service as we cannot be held responsible should your go missing.
Refunds will be issued once we receive the items back in our warehouse.
Orders for food items, personalised items and health and hygiene products cannot be returned unless they have arrived damaged.
On receipt of your order please check and report any missing or damaged items to us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours of you receiving your goods. After this time the order shall be deemed whole and free or damage or faults.
